Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Possible Delays: Orders may take longer if payment is incomplete, the shipping address is incorrect, or during peak seasons. In such cases, we will contact you via email.

Order Transit time:

  • United States: 7 to 10 days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Total delivery time: All destinations: 8-12 business days

Shipping Origin

All of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in China. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website's tracking page or through the carrier's website.

Lost or damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Order cancellation:

We may cancel the order if the products are not shipped.

Once in transit, we will not accept any cancellations. However, you may return your product. Please see our return and refund policy.

Change of address:

If you entered it by mistake or if you want to change the delivery address, in this case, you have 12 hours. In this case, you must contact us as soon as possible.
